In our "Ask A..." series, we ask uncomfortable questions around all types of diversity and initiate courageous conversations that allow us to break down barriers and find aspects of connectivity as people. In this episode, the straight guy is Jason Gillikin, CEO of Earfluence, and the two queer women of color are Adrienne Michelle and Brittany Glover from Intersections. We discuss pronouns, being in a safe space (or not) in the workplace, how the media portrayal of queer has progressed the conversation, and when children should learn about gender identities.
