Webinar - Ideas that Work: High-Impact, Cost-Effective DEI Strategies for Every Business

Webinars Apr 20, 2023

Thursday, April 20

Learn cost-effective strategies for making progress on your DEI initiatives, even when your budget is limited.

About the Webinar

The economy is getting tighter and companies are under pressure to cut costs. They’re slashing non-essential programs, and unfortunately, the budget for DEI efforts is often one of the first to go. But when organizations lay off their DEI manager or pause professional training, how can their DEI efforts continue? Join us for a 1-hour webinar featuring a panel of experts across various industries who will speak to how they’ve made DEI progress in cost-effective ways.

Whether your company is in cost-cutting mode or it’s a small organization or nonprofit with a lean budget to begin with, these practical tips can help boost belonging, employee morale, and retention. In fact, companies that double-down on their DEI strategies will be better able to survive a financial downturn and emerge stronger when the economy improves.

Our panel will cover:

  • Creative and cost-effective solutions for DEI initiatives
  • Tools to help you scale DEI across your organization
  • Special considerations for nonprofits and small businesses
