Guidebooks Aug 14, 2023

National Hispanic American Heritage Month, also known as Hispanic Heritage Month, Latino Heritage Month, or Hispanic Latinx Heritage Month, is celebrated each year from September 15 to October 15. It is an opportunity to honor the achievements and cultures of American citizens whose ancestors hailed from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. It is also a chance for business leaders to celebrate employees of Hispanic heritage.

Acknowledging and celebrating diverse identities is critical to building an inclusive and employee-focused culture where all people can bring their full, authentic selves to work. To help you celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at work, our guidebook suggests Hispanic Heritage Month activities to honor the influence of Hispanic Americans on politics, academia, music, cuisine, language, dance, and more.
