A full two-thirds of employees in the U.S. are disengaged at work, costing U.S. businesses $1.9 trillion annually. Employee engagement is the heart of any organization; without productive, effective employees, businesses can’t thrive. Savvy executives recognize DEI as one of many strategies for achieving the organizational outcomes every board demands: profitability, growth, reputation management, and risk mitigation. Based on our work with hundreds of clients from around the world, we have identified several trends for the coming year that inform how you can boost employee engagement and your bottom line.

Join us for a one-hour workshop-style webinar as TDM expert Kurt Merriweather covers:

  • Key trends and predictions for 2024
  • How employee engagement drives bottom line outcomes
  • Tactics to increase engagement by developing psychological safety, genuine relationships, and inclusive leadership
