Stay the Course: Investing in DEI During an Economic Downturn

Webinars Aug 4, 2022

August 4, 2022

A recession is looming. What can you do right now to protect your company from a massive hit?

About the Webinar

Leaders often cut “non-essential” programs and processes during an economic downturn.

Although it might be tempting to toss your diversity initiatives in the non-essential trash heap, those who do put their organizations at high risk for diminished productivity, employee turnover, and extensive brand damage, as data from the Great Recession of 2007-09 proves. In fact, organizations with inclusive cultures thrived before, during, and after the Great Recession, earning a 4x annualized return compared to the S&P 500.

Surviving – and thriving – in a recession means nurturing hyper-efficient employees and teams with a relentless focus on the future. What does that look like in practice? In this one-hour deep dive, our expert panel of C-suite leaders will show you, specifically, why DEI is essential and keeps your business ready for the next new normal.
