With all the DEI strategies, initiatives, and publications that focus on understanding and supporting underrepresented employees, there still seems to be not enough talk or representation of that one elephant in the room -- the one whose experience not only relates to ethnic, racial, or cultural marginalization but also of being raised within a totally un-American background.
