ABOUT JACKIE FERGUSON, CDE

Jackie spent the majority of her career in various aspects of business in small startups to large Fortune 500 companies before earning her designation as Certified Diversity Executive and becoming co-founder of The Diversity Movement. In her role as Head of Content & Programming for TDM, Jackie ensures premium educational content across all platforms. She is a member of the Forbes Business Council and the National Diversity Council and is published in Forbes and Almanac, among other publications. Jackie is a keynote speaker on diversity and belonging topics. She also hosts the Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox podcast, rated as one of the top 10 diversity podcasts to follow.

Explore the complex concept of privilege with a virtual privilege walk. The privilege walk experience consists of 41 questions based on privilege. After the walk, a panel of special guests will discuss their privilege numbers and experiences with privilege throughout their lives.

Elizabeth has more than a decade of experience working in HR. She is passionate about helping employees identify their unique traits and leveraging them to organically reach personal as well as corporate goals and initiatives. Besides working closely with her team, she is a single mother of 5 boys ages ranging from 8 to 22, and is an avid Salsa dancer and motorcycle rider.

Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner, Palo Alto Networks

With an Electrical Engineering background and over 15 years in technical roles, Sunny has a unique skill set that encompasses her technical expertise and DEI practitioner experience. In her free time, Sunny enjoys spending time with her kiddos and husband, coaching rugby, and searching for the world's best taco. Sunny is also active in her Native American tribal communities, Sappony and Lumbee, and is passionate about connecting Indigenous students to STEM opportunities.

Brentley is a certified DEI business practitioner working to achieve workplace excellence in multicultural business arenas and is responsible for leading DEI Navigator, a monthly membership service designed exclusively for small- to medium-sized businesses committed to DEI action and results. Brentley serves on the Accelerating Men mentorship Board of Directors as chair, DEI, and economic advisor. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the organization’s direction through DEI best practices and teaching young men ages 10-18 financial literacy.

LA has presented at national conferences on the topics of many HR, people leadership, and legal matters including but not limited to talent strategy, recruitment, pay equity, employee morale, team building, implementing inclusive policies and programs, performance management and navigating regulations.

Di has written two books, "Ally Up", a zero to 60 book on DEI and "Indomitable", her long fought and soon to be released memoir on her experiences as a ward of the state in the Massachusetts foster care system. She is a neurodiversity expert, a leader in the queer community, and basically obsessed with humans, food and learning.
